Pattaya to hold Jet Ski World Cup 2021 at Jomtien beach next month

Jomtien, Pattaya-

The Jet Ski Association of Thailand and Pattaya City are preparing to hold the Jet Ski World Cup 2021 at Jomtien beach next month.

A planning meeting was held yesterday, March 17th, 2021, at Pattaya City Hall and was led by the Pattaya City Deputy Mayor Ronnakit Eakkasing and Vice Secretary of the Jet Ski Association of Thailand Mr Sitthichai Suebsahakkan.

Mr. Ronnakit told The Pattaya News, “The competition will be held from April 21st to April 25th at Jomtien beach which is aimed to boost Pattaya tourism and generate more income for the local economy.

“We are also supporting turning Pattaya into a center for international marine sports.” Eakkasing added.

“Eleven countries will take part in the competition and all of them will be quarantined following Thailand’s Covid – 19 measurements.” The deputy mayor added.
