Pattaya-

The Naklua Walk & Eat Festival kicked off again on Saturday (March 13th) until April 25th on every Saturday and Sunday from 4:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M. at Lan Poe Naklua Market.

The Naklua Walk & Eat Festival this time is under the slogan ‘Always Love you…Naklua Market’. Many people have visited the festival market over the weekend as pictured and seen by Pattaya News reporters. The crowds were a mixture of Thai nationals and ex-pats, as well as many domestic tourists from out of town.

The festival also features multiple concert stages with the first stage in front of the Government Savings Bank in Naklua with speeches and shows from 7:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.

On the same stage, Thai traditional shows will take place from 9:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M. with live music.

On Saturday March 27th the festival will present a famous Thai female singer ‘Lamyai Hai Thongkam’ and on April 25th will present a famous country singer ‘Pongsit Kampee’.

A second stage will be at the One Hundred Years Old Market (Old Market Naklua) from 6:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M. with local Thai style songs and music.

A Third and final stage will be at the Long Bridge Naklua from 7:00 P.M. to 10 P.M. with live music.

The festival is aimed at supporting local tourism as well as to develop wider domestic tourism.

The 12th annual Naklua Walk and Eat Festival was started on December 19th last year every weekend. It was originally expected to be held until February 7th at the Lan Poe Market in Naklua but was postponed due to Covid-19 concerns. With those resolved, the festival has now returned.
