Great Start of the Cricket Season 2020-2021 for the Cricket Clubs from Pattaya!
In the prestigious Bangkok cricket league – A division (RBSC Challenger Cup) two
clubs from Pattaya are currently leading.
Asian Star Cricket Club had won this championship earlier in 2017 and started this
season as one of the favorites.
Pattaya Cricket Club is also a strong contender, studded with some experienced
players and can challenge any team in the tournament.
The league consists of a total of 10 teams and each team will be playing the 9 games.
There are points scored through each win as well as a number of runs scored, and
wickets taken. At the end of the league round the top two in the table will be
meet for the grand finale in the month of May.
With the current standing Pattaya’s two teams, Asian Star Cricket Club as well as
Pattaya Cricket Club both has the possible chances to make it to the Grand finale, but
the road ahead will not be easy and they will have to beat the teams like Bangkok CC &
Kerala Strikers to keep their hopes.
