Pattaya motorbike driver dies after crashing into parked truck

Banglamung, Pattaya, Thailand-

A local motorbike driver has been pronounced dead at the scene after crashing into a parked truck in Banglamung yesterday morning (February 26th).

Lieutenant Colonel Nattawan Plernjit of the Pattaya City Police was notified of the accident at 6:30 A.M. on Sukhumvit Pattaya Road near the Chaiyapruek Intersection in Nongprue.

Police, emergency responders, and The Pattaya News arrived at the scene to find a damaged motorbike stuck under a truck on the road.

Nearby, rescue workers found the body of a motorbike driver still wearing a helmet. He was identified as Mr. Pichain Rattanawijan, 33.

Nongprue police are checking CCTV nearby to find the exact cause of the accident as there were no witnesses.
