Mr. Prapan Changsri, 54, who is a grave keeper in Borwin told The Pattaya News that he found that something was buried under a tree marked with flowers, joss sticks, and candles on the ground. He had noticed the soil was disturbed and went to investigate.

He told The Pattaya News, “I dug up the soil where I found a towel wrapped around a dead fetus.”

“This graveyard is normally only open when relatives want to visit their ancestors in here.” Prapan concluded.
