A look at Soi Buakhao and the LK Metro area during Covid-19– Photo tour

Pattaya-

The following is a look at the Soi Buakhao area last night (February 9th) , one day after we provided a look at a quiet Walking Street while an underground cable project in the area is under construction.

The Pattaya News team has noted that despite much of the city being quiet, Soi Buakhao and LK metro have been fairly successful in attracting local expats, along with Jomtien Beach. However, the area is obviously nowhere near as busy as it was before Covid-19 and not every bar and venue is currently open.

The closing time order for entertainment venues during the Covid – 19 pandemic is still 11:00 P.M., however, which many local residents dislike.

Entertainment venues have also provided Covid 19 measurements for their customers such as temperature checks and hand sanitizer. A video tour of the area can be found on our Facebook, YouTube and Tiktok channels.
