Online gambling operator raided in Chonburi

Five people have been arrested in an online gambling operator raid at a condominium in Chonburi yesterday (February 3rd).

The Region 2 police report the raid followed a tip after the Sanesuk Police were notified from the ‘Gambling Report’ official LINE application.

Online gambling was being operated in a room at a condominium in Sanesuk. Five people who were allegedly involved in the illegal online gambling website ‘Joker65’ have been arrested. Police seized computers and other electronic devices.

The five suspects are facing charges of providing and persuading illegal online gambling, offending the emergency decree, and illegal possession of Category 2 (ketamine) and Category 5 Drugs (Marijuana). They have also been tested for those drugs, with results pending according to Region 2 police.
