Man arrested in major Sattahip raid involving alleged illegal online vaping store

A man has been arrested in Sattahip for allegedly illegally selling vaping, vaping devices, and drugs online.

Yesterday, (February 3rd) the High – Tech Crime Police base in Nonthaburi and the Sattahip Police raided a local grocery shop in Sattahip.

The raid came after police were notified that illegal vaping paraphernalia and devices were being sold over a Facebook page and sent by parcels. They were reportedly generating a hundred thousand baht in revenue per day.

Police arrested Mr. Tanet Chanamankong, 24, a Sattahip local. Police seized 10 vaping devices, 1,090 bottles of liquid for e-cigarettes, 81 methamphetamine pills and 1.04 grams of crystal methamphetamine.

The suspect has reportedly admitted all the items belonged to him. Police also collected urine samples from the suspect for drug testing. Police are continuing their investigation for further legal action.

The suspect did not make a public statement to the press.
