Intoxicated foreign female driver escapes injuries after her sedan plunges into Banglamung wall

Banglamung, Chonburi-

An intoxicated foreign female driver has escaped injury after her sedan slammed into a wall in Banglamung yesterday.

Rescue workers were notified of the accident yesterday early morning (December 8th) at a house in the housing estate of Soi Chaiyapruek 2, Nongprue.

They arrived at the scene to find the damaged sedan crashed into a wall.

The foreign female driver whose name was not given and was aged around 60 years old had not been injured.

Thai Residents nearby reportedly told rescue workers the foreign woman lives in the housing estate alone. According to local residents statements, she always gets drunk and drives fast.

However, the foreign woman has to pay compensation for her neighbor for the damaged wall, Banglamung law enforcement told The Pattaya News. It was not immediately clear if other charges would be applied including driving while intoxicated as the woman apparently failed a breath alcohol test according to law enforcement.
