A mother has been accused of using her four children to deliver drugs. She escaped police and left her children at home in Sattahip when police arrived.
The Sattahip Police had received several complaints from concerned local citizens which caused them to investigate the woman.
Yesterday afternoon, (November 12th), police and relevant officers arrived at the woman’s small home to find four kids aged from five years old to twelve years old. Some drug paraphernalia was also found in the house.
Mr. Sakphong Sampan, 27, a drug user who was allegedly buying drugs at the time of the incident, had also been at the house. He was arrested.
All four children were taken to the Chonburi Children and Youth office.
Lieutenant Colonel Suphan Jaiharn of the Sattahip Police told the local press, “After the investigation from local complaints, we have found that their mother was selling drugs in this area for long time.”
“She usually used her children to deliver drugs to customers. She escaped and fled on foot leaving the children alone when we arrived.” Lt. Col. Suphan added.
Chonburi police are hunting for her for further legal action. Her name was not given to The Pattaya News by law enforcement.
