Video News: Pattaya Police hold nightclub and hospital brawl training exercise in Pattaya

Pattaya, Thailand:

The following video shows Pattaya Police holding a training exercise with volunteers and actors to demonstrate what would happen if a large group of young adults got into a major brawl at a nightclub and then a hospital in the area.

This is to prepare for the upcoming festival season over the next several weeks in which there are concerns of young adults drinking heavily and possibly being involved in altercations with rival groups. Similar situations have happened in other parts of Thailand over the past several months and with major music, firework and New Year’s festivals scheduled soon Pattaya Police want to ensure they and medical staff are trained for any problems that may arise.
