Police, emergency responders and The Pattaya News arrived at the scene to find the body of Mr. Weera Sangsawang, 58, on the side of the road.

Two large wooden tables were found lying on the road. The driver, Mr. Eakkaluck Kettjong, 28, was waiting for police at the scene.
