Two seriously injured after a car crashes into a motorbike in Chonburi

Chonburi-

Two people have sustained serious injuries after a car collided with a motorbike in the Bor Thong district.

The Bor Thong Police was notified of the accident at 6:00 PM on Monday in the Tat Thong sub-district.

Police, emergency responders and The Pattaya News arrived at the scene to find two seriously injured people who were named as Ms. Kornwan Wongwiean, 22, and Ms. Patumrat Rungruengchai, also 22. They were both taken to a local hospital for medical assistance.

A damaged motorbike and sedan were found on the road nearby.

The sedan driver, Ms. Phonnapa Choorojchaiphon, 28, claimed to police that she was coming out from a side Soi when the motorbike driver who was allegedly driving at high speed crashed into her sedan. She was not injured.

Ms. Phonnapa has been charged with reckless driving causing injuries according to Bor Thong police.
