Two year old Laotian girl killed, father survives after motorbike crash in Chonburi

Chonburi-

A two year old Laotian girl has died at the scene while her father survived after their motorbike crashed into a tree in Panat Nikhom yesterday.

The Panat Nikhom Police was notified of the accident at 6:30 PM yesterday on Nong Kayat – Nong Bon Dang Road in the Nong Kayat sub-district.

Emergency responders and police arrived at the scene to find a red motorbike crashed into a tree.

Nearby, rescue staff found an injured man named as Mr. KHAMFAI PHONESAVTH, 26. He was taken to a local hospital for medical assistance. The body of a two year old girl was found near the motorbike.

Panat Nikhom police are continuing their investigation at this time. No witnesses directly observed the crash so police are still determining the exact sequence of events that led to the fatal accident. The father of the child is expected to survive his injuries according to medical staff.
