Motorbike rider caught on video crashing head on into car in Chonburi

Chonburi –
An unidentified motorbike rider has sustained serious injuries after slamming into a brand new sedan in Mueang Chonburi yesterday.

The Samet Police was notified of the accident on Sukhumvit – Angsila Road yesterday afternoon.

Emergency responders arrived at the scene to find an unidentified man who had sustained serious head injuries. The video of the incident can be found below:

Nearby, rescue staff found a damaged motorbike and a damaged vehicle, which had its front glass broken.

The sedan driver Mr. Pattraraphon Siripakkun, 52, who had released the dash cam, told police that the motorbike driver was over taking another car before heading down the wrong way of the road. Pattraraphon could not avoid the collision.

Police are continuing their investigation for further legal action.

The unidentified victim remains in a local hospital as police try to to determine his identity.
