A group of fans, both Thai and Foreigner, are holding a victory parade in Pattaya City tomorrow to celebrate Liverpool Football Club becoming the Premier League Champions.
The parade, which has approval from all relevant government agencies and in which Covid-19 prevention measures like masks will be required, will start at the Bali Hai Pier at 1:30 PM tomorrow, Friday, July 24 in Pattaya. The parade will then go down Second Road to Central Pattaya Klang and then go down Beach Road to Walking Street. Fans from all over Eastern Thailand and Bangkok are expected to attend.
A main organizer of the parade, Mr. Rungroj Kolaati, 41, said that he has been a fan of the Liverpool Football Club for more than thirty years and this has been his dream. He has organized with multiple other groups in the Roi Et and Bangkok areas which will bring in custom vehicles, including a bus, for the parade.
All supporters of Liverpool Football Club are invited to attend the parade tomorrow, which has already seen high levels of engagement on Thai social media. Organizers remind those who attend to wear a mask and practice physical distancing while celebrating Liverpool Football Club becoming Premier League Champions.
