Rescue workers were notified of the python at a chicken coop on Thep Prasit Road this morning.

Rescue workers and The Pattaya News arrived at the scene to find a two meter long python inside the chicken coop.

Rescue workers used a snake snare to catch the python. It was trying to fight while they were catching it. Finally the python was caught and will be released back to a forest in the Chonburi area.

The chicken coop owner, Mr. Wattana Nilawat, told The Pattaya News the python had managed to sneak into the coop, causing the other animals to panic and ate one of the hens.
