Intoxicated motorbike driver injured in Banglamung accident

Banglamung-
An unidentified intoxicated motorbike driver has sustained multiple injuries after losing control of his vehicle on a motorway in Nongprue this morning.

Emergency responders were notified of the accident after midnight at a curve on Motorway 7 at Section 5.

Emergency responders and The Pattaya News arrived at the scene to find a damaged motorbike. The male driver aged around 35 years old who was heavily intoxicated was found nearby. He was taken to a local hospital. He did not have identification on him and was reportedly too intoxicated to answer questions.

The Pattaya News notes that officially motorbikes are not allowed to use the motorway and driving on that section is against Thai law.
