Six additional cases of Covid-19 confirmed in Thailand, all imported cases

Bangkok-

The Center for Covid-19 Situation Administration announced six new confirmed cases of the Covid-19 Coronavirus this morning were discovered in repatriated travelers returning from overseas.

The six were returnees from Saudi Arabia and India.

All six remain in state quarantine and have no exposure to the general public.

Thailand has now had a total of 3,141 cases since the start of the infection with 2997 recoveries.

There have been 58 deaths.

Thailand has gone 24 days with no new confirmed locally spread cases. The current goal stated by CCSA officials is to reach 28 days in a row with no new locally spread cases to consider the country as a low risk country for the virus overall.
