Thailand announces zero new confirmed cases of Covid-19, 23 days in a row with no confirmed locally spread cases

Bangkok-

Dr. Taweesin Visanuyothin, the spokesperson of the Center for Covid-19 Situation Administration announced zero new confirmed cases of Covid-19 in Thailand today.

This is the third day in a row with zero new cases period and the 23 with no locally spread confirmed cases.

Dr. Taweesin stated that the country is still aiming to reach their goal, which if it happens would be next Monday, of 28 days in a row with zero new confirmed locally spread cases which would make them a “covidsafe” country.

Thailand has had a total of 3,135 cases of Covid-19 with 2,996 recoveries. There have been 58 deaths.
