Dr. Taweesin Visanuyothin, the spokesman for the Center for Covid-19 Situation Administration in Bangkok announced seven new confirmed cases of the Covid-19 Coronavirus this morning.

All seven were imported cases from Thai Nationals recently returned from overseas.

Today marks two weeks, or fourteen days, with no new locally spread cases of the Covid-19 Coronavirus. However, the Thai Government says their current goal is to hit two incubation cycles of the virus, or 28 days, with no locally spread cases before they feel confident in the lack of asymptomatic carriers in the country.

Thailand has had a total of 3,119 cases since the start of the Covid-19 breakout with 2,973 of those fully recovered and released from hospitals. The country has had a total of 58 deaths.
