Why Dongtan Beach was better without the vendors and why they should not return by Dana P.

The vendor’s tarp covered piles of chairs and things that are really houses that are occupied 24/7 are removed. This is illegal and called encroachment.
The vendor’s concrete posts driven into the sand are removed. This is illegal, there aren’t supposed to be permanent structures.
The vendor’s concrete slabs are removed. This is illegal, there aren’t supposed to be permanent structures.
The vendor’s telecom and power lines hanging in the air from across the street have been removed, but it looks like they are already replacing them. This is a public beach, how are the ISPs and power company billing them?
The vendors have been absent, so the pigeons are returning to the beach due to not being harassed. I still see no seabirds. I have never seen a seabird at Dongtan Beach.
The vendors have been absent and not incompetently hacking at the trees – causing fungal infections and eventual death of the trees. The city should fix the wounds on the trees, but I don’t see tree trimming competence displayed by them either.
Best regards,
Dana
