Young turtle rescued on Pattaya Beach

Pattaya City Municipal Law Enforcement reported that they rescued a young turtle on Pattaya Beach this afternoon.

The turtle was reported by a local resident after spotting it climbing under construction supplies near Soi Four on Beach Road at 1:00 PM today.

Local Municipal Law Enforcement officers helped recover the turtle who according to marine animal control staff who arrived was anxious and confused.

The turtle was in good health and will be safely released by marine animal control staff back into its natural habitat.
