Thailand announces three new confirmed cases of Covid-19, all three imported from overseas

Thailand-

Thailand announced at a daily press conference in Bangkok by the Center for Covid19 Situation Administration spokesman Dr. Taweesin Visanuyothin this morning a total of three new cases of the Covid-19 Coronavirus.

All three were imported cases of Thai nationals recently returned from overseas who were sent directly to state quarantine.

This means there were zero locally spread cases in the entire country recorded over the last twenty four hours.

This comes as Thailand starts phase two day of easing lockdown restrictions by reopening malls and some other categories.

Thailand has now had a total of 3,028 cases of the Covid19 Coronavirus, with 2,856 cases fully recovered and released. One more patient was released overnight. Only 116 people remain in hospitals nationwide as of today.

There have been 56 deaths since the start of the outbreak but none recorded in several days.
