Police raid house in Banglamung for drugs, woman allegedly swallows multiple bags of methamphetamine

A Thai woman has allegedly swallowed many bags of crystal methamphetamine this afternoon after police raided a luxury house in Banglamung.

The Banglamung Police Chief Colonel Pattanachai Pamornpiboon was notified of the incident at a house in the Central Park housing estate in Nongprue at about noon today. The video is here:

A team of Banglamung police raided the house where they arrested four men and four women. The raid came after a tip from a concerned citizen.

One woman was extremely uncooperative and acting erratic, refusing to be arrested and showing signs of distress. She was taken to a local hospital while the others were taken to the Banglamung Police Station. She did not have any form of ID and refused to identify herself.

Colonel Pattanachai told The Pattaya News that they has not found any drugs at the house but they found out later from the local hospital that the uncooperative woman had swallowed many bags of methamphetamine when the police had arrived. The hospital was removing the bags safely from the woman.

Banglamung police are continuing an investigation for further legal action.
