Bangkok-

Reuters and several Thai media sources are reporting that the Thai Prime Minister, Prayut Chan-O-Cha, is set to address the Kingdom of Thailand later this evening around 6:00PM and is likely to discuss a curfew.

The Pattaya News notes that although nothing is official at this time until the Prime Minister addresses the nation, the government spokeswoman, Ratchada Thanadirek, spoke with Reuters according to a report by them stating that he will allegedly make the announcement about a curfew this evening.

The announcement is expected to state that the proposed curfew will take place starting tomorrow, April 3rd, from 10:00 PM to 4:00 AM. These times and starting dates are subject to change until the Prime Minister officially addresses the nation. It was also stated that exceptions to the curfew, such as medical emergencies, would also be announced.

This is a developing story and The Pattaya News will provide more information on this topic this evening.
