Phuket-

A three year old boy tragically drowned at the Blue Tree Waterpark in Phuket yesterday afternoon.

The parks management issued a statement on the incident that said the boy had wandered into a busy landing area beneath multiple slides and stumbled and fell into deeper water.

According to the park, trained lifeguards immediately spotted the boy and pulled him out of the water, however, despite CPR were unable to revive him.

The park says they will assist the family in every way and are devastated by the incident.
