Dead deer found floating in the sea near Sattahip

Pattaya –
A dead deer was found floating in the Sattahip sea yesterday afternoon.

A boat captain, 44 year old Pichit Sittikam, who discovered the dead deer, told The Pattaya News that over the weekend he spotted something that looked like a dog floating in the sea at the Samaesan area.

When he got closer he discovered that it was a deceased deer.

It is believed that the deer had been dead for at least two days before it had been found.

He did not take the dead deer off the water as was afraid that the deer might be an endangered or protected animal and he would be accused of killing it.

It is unknown how the deer ended up floating in the middle of the ocean, mostly untouched by fish and other predators.
