888 Villas Park Pattaya, one of Pattaya’s newest condo and villa developments, held a thank you party this past weekend for staffers, customers and agencies.
888 Villas Park is a project valued at more than 2 billion baht. The project consists of 24 units of villas and 664 units of condominiums on a 13 Rai plot of land in Central Pattaya.
All villas have been sold out while 25 percent of the condominium units have been sold, 888 management told The Pattaya News. Villa construction will be completed next year while condominium construction will be completed in 2023.
A project grand opening party will be held in April.
