Rules for New Year countdown 2020 at the Bali Hai Pier and list of roads to be closed .
Areas around the Bali Hai Pier to the overpass near the pier on Phratamnak Road will be closed from 4PM to 2AM on December 29 to 31. Although Second Road from Pratamnak to the Walking Street area will be open traffic is expected to be extremely heavy. The road in front of the Pattaya City sign will also be closed.
Drones are banned and alcohol sales on the festival site are also banned. No alcohol can be brought into the countdown concert area. Additionally, weapons, water bottles and glass bottles are not allowed to be brought in to the festival. A full security check will take place of everyone entering the festival.
