Driven by wind and according to city officials significant work to keep the beach and area clean, pictures show a remarkably cleaner and clearer water quality for the beach. Many tourists and locals were seen swimming in the water the past few days.
The Jet Ski World Cup takes place at the beach over the weekend and is also expected to drive significant traffic.
