Yesterday, December 2, the official announcement has been placed to clearly mark the border on 11 rais plot of public land near the beach at Sukhawadee House.

District officials and Sukhawadee House owners and management have been involved in a dispute for some time now over the alleged land encroachment. The dispute has led to numerous legal battles and even Sukhawadee House allegedlt removing signs and notices ordering the demolishment.

Spokespeople for Sukhawadee House claim their right to the land is legal.
