Local Samet Police are warning female residents that a man has been caught on video masturbating on Baht busses, also known as Songtaew’s in the local area and may be a serial offender.
He was caught on video on a baht bus traveling from Nongmon to Chonburi earlier today.
Police told the media he appears to be about forty years old and a Thai national.
The video appears to show the man squeeze himself next to a young woman in a mini skirt on the bus before he became visibly aroused and began to masturbate on the bus.
Police said the clip was released to them by a passenger on the bus and they have released still photos in hopes of identifying the man.
They stated that if you see the man please call 191 or your local police directly.
