Bang Lamung –
A female lawyer was found dead inside a sedan with a charcoal cooker near Mapprachan Lake in Bang Lamung today.
The Nongprue Police were notified of the incident at 3:30PM near Mapprachan Lake in Pattaya.
Police, emergency responders and The Pattaya News rushed to the scene. The sedan was unlocked.
The body which was identified as 32 year old Ms. Jayjira Samaknin was found dead at the driver seat.
It is believed that she had died at least 24 hours before her body had been discovered. No sign of struggle was found on her body and in the sedan.
A small charcoal cooker was found in the foot well of the front passenger seat that had recently been burning.
A witness who first discovered the body told The Pattaya News that he saw the sedan parked in the area since yesterday morning. It was still there until this afternoon.
A friend of Ms. Jayjira told The Pattaya News that Ms. Jayjira was a lawyer in Pattaya. Ms. Jayjira had told her that she didn’t have enough money and was nervous. She always told her friend that she wanted to die but the friend didn’t think she was serious.
