Transgender thief arrested for stealing from American tourist in Pattaya

A Transgender thief has been arrested for stealing from an American tourist at Pattaya Walking Street early this morning.

Pattaya Police today reports that they have arrested a 36 year old transgender named only as Mr. Bua Chompoo at a rental room in Soi Wat Tham, South Pattaya.

Police have recovered the wallet of the American tourist. The wallet had been hidden in a small fish aquarium. Some credit cards were found inside the wallet.

Mr. Bua Chompoo has been charged with night theft and was taken to the local jail. The theft occurred when the suspect began hugging the victim in a convenience store on Walking Street. The victim was not named by Police.
