Structures at Sukhawadee House in Bang Lamung to be demolished

Bang Lamung –
Structures at Sukhawadee House are to be demolished over beach encroachment in an 11 rais plot of land officials told the Pattaya News yesterday.

Officers from the Pattaya City land division have set up the announcement saying that parts of the land belongs to the public.

Anyone who encroaches the area will face legal action. Any structures on the land must be demolished.

Meanwhile, the main Sukhawadee House is in the process of legal action over the land dispute.
