Student dies in Bang Lamung motorbike crash

Bang Lamung–
A student motorbike driver has died at the scene after colliding with a parked pickup truck in Khao Maikaew last night.

Rescue workers were notified of the accident at 7PM on No 331 Road. Emergency responders and The Pattaya News rushed to the scene to find the damaged motorbike and the pickup truck.

The motorbike driver, a 15 year old boy, had sustained serious injuries. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

His friends told The Pattaya News that they were heading back home on motorbikes. When they arrived at the scene, which is very dark, the motorbike had collided with the parked pickup truck.

The truck was not lit and the boy was not wearing a helmet.

Police are continuing their investigation for further potential legal action.
