Motorbike driver dies after being crushed by bus in Pattaya near Bali Hai Pier

Pattaya –
A motorbike driver has died after she lost control of her vehicle and was subsequently crushed by a large bus in front of the Bali Hai Pier this morning.

Capt Sombat Kaewmoonmook of the Pattaya City Police was notified of the accident at 8:30AM near the Bali Hai Pier.

Police and Sawang Boriboon rescue workers arrived at the scene to find a damaged motorbike and a bus.

Nearby, they found the body of a woman who was identified as 39 year old Chonthicha Eiedpadung.

The bus driver, 52 year old Arj Faiklang was waiting for police at the scene.

Witnesses told police that the motorbike lost control and collided with barriers before being crushed by the bus.

However, police are continuing thier investigation for further legal action.
