Sattahip rescuers help flood victims in Ubon Ratchathani

Sattahip rescue workers today arrived in Ubon Rachathani to deliver necessary items for flood victims supported by donations of Pattaya residents and tourists.

The distribution by the team of Sawang Rotjana Thammasathan rescue workers was led by Pichit Keakkuthan along with staffers from the Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Sattahip Officers.

Mr Pichit said, “There are many flood victims in the Northeast and Ubon Ratchatani.”

“Narong Boonjerdsri who is the Sattahip Mayor and also the president of the foundation along with rescue workers yesterday were unloading useful household items, drinking water, rice as well as packaged, canned and dried food supplies and items of clothing on trucks.”

The rescue workers spent time going to hard hit areas reachable only by boat supported by the donations of Pattaya residents and tourists.
