Thai woman seriously injured after late night multiple vehicle accident in Naklua

Pattaya – A Thai woman has sustained serious injuries after a sedan slammed into a pickup truck and wiped out multiple parked motorbikes in Naklua.

The Sawang Boriboon Rescue Team was notified of an accident in Naklua early this morning, July 29th, 2019, around 2:30 AM.

Emergency responders arrived at the scene to find a damaged sedan, a pickup truck, and several damaged motorbikes.

A seriously injured woman was found at the scene. She was taken to Banglamung Hospital. The press was not given her details at the time of the accident.

Witnesses told rescue workers that the sedan had slammed into the pickup truck at what appeared to have been high speed. At this point, the pickup truck crashed into the parked motorbikes on the side of the road.

Police are continuing their investigation and will review CCTV in the area to determine the specific fault of the accident.
