Thieves steal air conditioning unit from Volunteer Rescue Workers office

The area where the air conditioning unit was stolen.

Naklua-

For the second time, thieves have stolen an air conditioning unit from a forward response booth used by volunteer rescue service Sawang Boriboon.

The foundation, which is featured frequently in our news and helps provide rescue services and medical care for free in the Chon Buri area, is shocked that someone would stoop as low to steal their air conditioning unit.

This isn’t the first time either.

Winai Kwanreangjai, 35, the supervisor of this booth in Naklua, told the press that this was the second time this unit had been stolen in just a few months. They have limited funds and provide their services to people injured and in trouble based entirely on donations so this is a major loss for them.

The first time they also had their television and radio stolen as well.

City police say they are investigating the incident.
